Grate for outdoor fireplace at Esalen Institute in Big Sur CA. A lot of rebar was used to create the style for the original outside ironwork at Esalen in the sixties. This piece is a reference to that style. It weighs about 220 lbs, stock size used is 1 1/2" in diameter.
