Chile has maybe been roasted by the side of the road in Santa Fe forever. Every year in late summer its mouthwatering smell fills the air. The roasters are made from expanded metal with propane burners underneath. The sides are old oildrum lids (note the caps), and the shoots were oildrums before too (note the bulges).
